About Migyera UWESO
UWESO acquired land in Migyera,
Nakasongola District and started its work in 2006. UWESO owns a Secondary School, Vocational Training
Institute and an agricultural farm on 640 acres of titled land in Migyera. The secondary
school is government aided. The
vocational training institute is registered with the Ministry of Education and
Sports and is licensed to award attendance, ordinary, intermediate and advanced
certificates in various vocational trades. It is also registered with
recognized examination bodies like Uganda Business and Technical Examination
Board (UBTEB) and the Directorate of Industrial Training.
Our objectives
・Provide affordable education opportunities for children and youth
・Provide marketable skills to the youth and adolescent
・Operate commercial faming to generate income for sustaining UWESO's OVC work
